Delete Your Account

You're always in control of your data. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Next Move account and associated data.

   Open the app

   Sign in to Next Move and go to the You tab.

   Go to Account Settings

   Tap your profile, then select Account Settings.

   Choose Delete Account

   Select Delete Account and confirm your choice. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

   Can't access the app?

   Email support.nextmovehelp@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Delete my account", and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Deleting your account permanently removes your saved sessions, conversation transcripts and account data, in line with our Privacy Policy. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.
